Manuea Mireles and Pedro de Arias

Hi Danny,
Based on this marriage of 1722, I'm guessing Manuela Mireles was born about 1700. There is a well known Mireles family from Nuevo Leon. The Domingo Mireles could correspond to Domingo de Castro Mireles Caballero who did use the name Domingo de Mireles. He lived in the same time frame as your Manuela Mireles. I don't believe he was old enough to be the father, but, it's possible he is the brother. I'm not really that familiar with these Nuevo Leon families, but, I have seen his named mention on several genealogies compiled by John Inclan. You might want to check those.

Hello Nuestros Ranchos Forum,

I'm trying to locate the parents of Manuela Mireles and Pedro de Arias.
There children were from San Luis Potosi and Zacatecas, but these people
got married in a place called Nuevo Leon, i don't know how close that is or
where it' is. it says they live on the rancho of Domingo Mireles. Does
anyone know who Domingo Mireles is, i'm thinking he might be her father or
relative.
