Mexican Army

By makas_nc | 6:00 PM MST, Tue June 11, 2013

There is a person who does not where his father was from in Mexico. All he
knows is his name, date of birth and that he was in the Mexican Army in the
early 1900's. How does one search Mexican military records in a case such as
this?

I'll forward all info to this person.

Mexican Army

Hi Joseph,

I had a bookmark for Mexican Records from family search intending to read it for a relative from Chihuahua that served in the Mexican Army, but never went through the information. I'm not sure what info they have, but it might be useful. here is the link:

Mexican Army

Hi,
Check out this node:
http://www.nuestrosranchos.org/node/19424

I was only able to find information on people who fought in Venustiano Carranza's army (after 1913, no villistas or Federales maderistas). However I think they do have records from previous years.

Regards,
Victoriano Navarro
