Culinary History

By nc_coleman | 2:41 PM MST, Mon November 14, 2011

I came across this article - while searching for something unrelated to cooking. I thought it would be of interest.

The lead-in reads: "In rural Zacatecas, Mexico, a young writer explores his heritage by cooking the rustic, boldly flavored dishes of the region."

In truth, I have not read the entire article, so I can't provide a critique.

Oh, thank you, Natalie. I downloaded several of the recipes from the article and others.
