Hi everyone, my name is Ruben Marquez and I am currently researching my grandma. I am an amateur I assure you, I seriously cant find any information about her, her kids and where they where at at the turn of the 20th century. The only thing I have found was a birth/death certificate from my Uncle where it states her name and her first husbands name Jesus Montes. The bad part is that it only states 1924 and the birth place of Mezquital, Jalisco, Mexico. The information that I have is bellow. Buenas, my nombre es Ruben Marquez y estoy buscando mas infomacion sobre mi abuela, Maria Marquez Meza. Tengo 2 meces buscando informacion y la unica informacion que he podido encontrar hasta hoy es el certificado de nacimiento/defuncion de mi Tio Griceldo donde incluye a mi abuela y a su primer esposo, Jesus Montes.
El problema es que el certificado dice que mi tio nacio en 1924 en la ciudad de Mezquital, Jalisco cuya no he podido encontrar. Desgraciadamente no tengo mucha informacion de mi abuela, y no estoy tan seguro que el dia de nacimiento que tengo de ella sea el correcto. Mi familia no esta tan segura de donde nacio.
