Primo Juan Carlos Aguayo is correct,* "Fueron legitimamente dispensados".*
They were given a legitimate dispensation, given that they were twice
related to the third degree and once related to the 4th degree. Maybe
that's why they had to stipulate that the dispensation was a legitimate one.

It says, legitimamente dispensados, or legitimately pardoned for being
related.
