Adding a Municipality to a State in the Films Section

Arturo,

For Coahuila, please add the following municipalities- Saltillo, General Cepeda, Allende, Nava,
Ramos Arispe

For Nuevo Leon add Monterrey, Guadalupe, Villaldama, Lampazos, Vallecillo, Cadereyta

For Guanajuto ad San Felipe

For San Luis Potose add Charcas
