Map of Villa Nuestra Senora Purificacion and ranchos (Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico?)

Found this map called, Villa Nuestra Senora de Purificacion and also with surrounding ranchos. When I was looking at the names of the ranchos they look familiar. So is this Fresnillo, Zacatecas, Mexico?
