He married RAMONA CERVANTES 25 Feb 1834 in San Jose, Calvillo, Ags., daughter of JOSE CERVANTES and TEADORA CONTRERAS. She was born Abt. 1808.

I took a quick look in Family Search, and there is the following:
Norberto de la Cerna married Maria Ramona Cerbantes, 25 Feb 1824 (not 1834!), San Jose, Calvillo, AGS Her parents are given as Jose Antonio Cerbantes and Maria Teodora Contreras. His parents are given as Gabriel de la Cerna and Catarina Frausto.
I found no children of Norberto de la Cerna up to 1855 baptized in Calvillo.
